You may change or cancel up until noon of the day of the show. For groups of 10 or more, cancellation is 48 hours before show time; you can reduce by up to 5 tickets up until noon of the day of the show. After that, all sales are final. WE RUN YOUR CARD AT NOON ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Thank you!

Ticket sales are final, but can be exchanged to a different show if requested at least three hours before showtime.
